I catch and cook a Milkfish (aka. Awa, Bangus) in Maui, Hawaii! PLUS I see a Sandbar Shark up-close in the shallow water.
It’s amazing how Milkfish meat turns into a ground turkey, or ground beef-like consistency when cooked – so I decided to cook the Milkfish and incorporate it into some delicious nachos that I prepared on the campfire!
