Menpachi Catch and Cook – My Fish Soup Recipe
1) Boil for 2 minutes: Carrots, Celery, Onion, Butter, White Wine
2) Add hot water & fish bones, then simmer fish stock for: 45 Minutes
3) Strain fish stock from bones and vegetables, then add a can of diced tomatoes, black beans, salt, pepper, cilantro, lime: Simmer for 15 minutes
4) Serve and top with whatever you’d like! I used sour cream, cheese, cilantro, and avocado
