Catch & Cook Gear
Fillet Knife
The Bubba Blade 7″ fillet knife has a great handle grip, top quality blade, and sets a high bar for fillet knives.
Spork
The Gerber ComplEAT spatula, fork, spoon, bottle opener, and convertible tongs is the only utensil you will need for your catch and cooks.
Stove
The Primus Classic Trail Stove is the simple, cost effective, low-profile stove that I use for cooking my catches!
Multitool
If you’re going to carry a multitool and want it to last a lifetime, pickup a Leatherman!
Spearfishing Gear
Float
The Sporasub Mini Bluewater float is my favorite because of the MOLLE harness on the bottom of the float that allows me to easily attach flashers, stringers, a backup speargun, and other equipment.
Speargun
The OMER Invictus HF (100cm) speargun has been a favorite of mine for accuracy, power, low-recoil, and good ability to track fish underwater.
Gloves
The RIFFE Digi-Tek Amara gloves.
Shore Fishing Gear
Reel for Dunking
My Penn Spinfisher reel has held up great to saltwater and a few dings along the way.
Leader Line for Dunking
I have tried many types of leader line, and the Seaguar pink label fluorocarbon is my favorite. It has just the right amount of stiffness, and has got to be invisible to the fish because it’s working for me!
Pliers & Clipper
These pliers and clippers are the two most essential tools in my tackle box!
Tackle Box
This simple Plano tackle box fits all of my essential fishing tackle. The brass latch that comes with this box is worth the extra $2-3 compared to boxes that are completely plastic.
